I had the chance to capture the love story of Joanna and Donovan, two souls destined for each other.

This destination wedding at Hard Rock Cabo was a culmination of their journey, and the stunning backdrop of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico added an extra layer of magic to the celebration.

My journey with the Pascuals began through Joanna’s sister, Justina, and her engagement photos with Alan.

The artistry of those moments caught Joanna’s eye, leading her to choose me as their destination wedding photographer.

Diving into this Destination Wedding at Hard Rock Cabo

Though already practically married, Joanna and Donovan opted for an official celebration

With no first look, the anticipation could be felt immediately, especially for Donovan. The love and excitement radiated through the air, setting the stage for a day filled with beautiful moments.

As the girls began pre-wedding preparations, the guys made themselves busy with some classic pre-gaming activities—playing pool and taking shots. It was a relaxed atmosphere, a perfect start to the grand celebration that was just beginning.

A Magical Beach Ceremony

The ceremony took place on the sandy shores of Cabo San Lucas, creating a truly tropical and romantic setting. The sound of waves, the warmth of the sun, and the love shared between Joanna and Donovan painted a picture-perfect moment that will forever be etched in their hearts…

And their guests’!

Following the sweet ceremony we started portraits of the couple against the backdrop of the beach.

The calmness and beauty of the surroundings mirrored the love and commitment shared between Joanna and Donovan.

The festivities continued with a lit grand entrance that marked the beginning of a night filled with laughter, joy, and, of course, plenty of dancing.
