White Swan Castle is one of those wedding venues that’s both insanely gorgeous and somehow also really easy to plan a wedding at. You work directly with the contact person to completely personalize your day, which makes things feel like a breeze!!

Why a Castle Wedding Venue is the Actual Dream

Let me just say… Luxury weddings are everything to me. If that’s the kind of day that you’re really dreaming of, a castle or mansion wedding venue is your perfect match!! Anytime a venue like this is mentioned, I’m there. Because these kinds of days? They feel SO elevated and make for such good pictures, every single time.

Everything to Know About Planning a White Swan Castle Wedding

If you’re sold on White Swan, I love you already. That means you have hella good taste!! 

You probably have a million questions right now, but you know I’ve gotchu!! Here’s the overview of everything you need to know about the castle wedding venue: 

• The guest count that works best here is around 100 guests. While it can hold more, keeping it around this amount is the best way to go, in my experience. 
• There aren’t on-site accommodations here, but there are getting-ready spaces inside for you to get your hair and makeup done with your favorite gals!! 
• As I said before, you can choose to get married indoors or outdoors here, depending on the vibe you’re going for. Both spots? Seriously gorg!! 

The White Swan Castle Wedding Venue Spaces

You could get married in the back, most tucked-away corner of White Swan Castle, and it would still be beautiful. 

Seriously, though, every single inch of this venue is insane!! You can choose to get married inside the castle in front of floor-to-ceiling windows or on the marble grand staircase (love), outside on the front steps of the castle, or even in front of the pool, and it’ll be the most fairytale wedding ceremony of alllll time. 

Cocktail hours around the pool just work!! There’s something about the open space here that feels super inviting and just perfect for mingling, so this will always be my top recommendation. 

Receptions, though?? They thrive inside the castle. The grand staircase makes the most iconic entrance spot EVER, and the windows make a truly incredible backdrop for tables. Don’t even get me started on how it changes into the night and lets the dance floor chaos break loose naturally and effortlessly!!

I could spend days getting portraits here all around the venue, but know that a few of the pics you’ll never see me missing are:

Luckily, the venue carries a lot on its own with its super detailed architecture and classy spaces, but here are a few things that I see couples do here that immediately make a spot on my list: 

• Have statement floral arrangements in neutral or pastel colors
• Focus heavily on details that accent the space, not compete with it 
• Keep color palettes low-key and natural 
• Include luxury textures and fabrics, like organza, metallic, lace, and chiffon accents
• Keep tablescapes minimal, with an accent floral centerpiece and small, elevated details
• Use luxury transportation (like limousines or vintage car rentals) as a getaway car

The Wolfenbergers’ White Swan Castle Wedding

The Wolfenbergers did a wedding here allll right. Their main focus for the day was connecting with their favorite people, and the love surrounding them was actually the cutest thing ever!! And don’t even get me started on their design, because the white and blue color palette with the STUNNING statement florals was something straight out of Pinterest.  I’m never, ever getting over this one!!
