My couples who are gravitating towards a pink and green wedding are the kind of people who want joy and whimsy allll day long. They’re the happy, bubbly girlies, probably getting married in the spring or summer, who are SO excited to be getting married!! And, yeah. I love that for them.

I’ve fallen for the calla lily + amaranth trend, and in my opinion… It works best in a pink and green wedding.

If you’re planning an outdoor wedding reception, I love candlelight after the sun sets. It always feels elevated and dreamy for a spring or summer wedding, and makes the pinks and greens feel cozier as the night goes on.
If your reception is inside, I 100% recommend using tabletop lamps in your tablescape design (which we’ll get into, of course!!) that come on after the lights go out. This lets you keep your color palette without losing it in the DJ’s lights.

There literally aren’t enough good things I could say about this day. The design, the joy, them losing it together when they walked down the aisle because they just got married… I’ll never be over it!!
Alina and Nik told me that they wanted a timeless, cinematic, spring garden vibe for their wedding. They wanted photos that told a story and showed all the softness, all the warmth, and all the FUN of the day. They wanted to remember how the love surrounding them AND the love between them felt. And the images?? They show it all.
Their design and plan were SO good that it let them stay fully present in the day, so the photos aren’t from me saying, “Okay, smile for a picture!” They’re real, genuine smiles. And as a NorCal wedding photographer? That makes me so happy. 🥹
